• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Please visit our website to request a return/exchange. You will need your order#.
• We will process your return or exchange request within 2 business days. Once your refund/exchange is approved, we will email you a free FedEx shipping label.
• Pack all the returned items along with a print out of your confirmation of return or exchange email. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
• Go to a FedEx location to ship the package.
• Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of our receiving the return package in the mail
