ORDERING & PAYMENT

+WHAT FORMS OF PAYMEMT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We gladly accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.

+WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

You will be charged for your order as soon as it ships from our fulfillment center. Until then, the charge will appear as an authorized charge amount on your credit card statement. This 'authorized' amount is the amount that will be charged when we ship your order.

+I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEMS. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at SUPPORT@DEVIL-DOG.COM and we will be happy to assist you.

+CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

SHIPPING & TRACKING

+HOW LONG DO ORDERS USUALLY TAKE TO SHIP?

Orders will ship within 1 business day from the time they are placed. All DEVIL-DOG Dungarees ship from Zebulon, North Carolina. Once processed, standard ground shipments can take as little two to three days within North Carolina and up to five to ten days to the west coast. Expedited shipments are the exception. Orders must be placed by noon eastern time to be processed same businesses day. 

+ WHY AM I HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Please reach out to us at SUPPORT@DEVIL-DOG.COM if you are having trouble tracking your package. Please note that sometimes there is a time gap between when we send your tracking information and when the carrier populates the tracking information online. The information will not be available online until it has been scanned into it's first destination by the carrier.

+ DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working on it

+ DO YOU OFFER PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?

Yes, We offer prepaid DEVIL-DOG Dungarees shipping labels for all our customers. Visit the returns section of our site to get a label.

+ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We pride ourselves on our product guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back. We are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange. Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

+ HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN FOR AN ITEM THAT I RECEIVED AS GIFT?

We’re happy to help with gift returns. You can create a return by clicking HERE. Be sure to have your order number and email address ready. Please note that the gift giver must have purchased your gift from our Online Store.

+ WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR MY RETURN?

+ WHERE IS MY “WELCOME” PROMO CODE?

Your welcome code will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when subscribing to our newsletter. Oftentimes the welcome e-mail will get directed into a junk or spam folder, however if you can’t find it after one hour of subscribing to our newsletter, please e-mail us at SUPPORT@DEVIL-DOG.COM

+ WHERE DO I ENTER MY PROMO CODE?

Your promo code will need to be entered exactly as it appears when given to you in the “Pomo Code” text box. This text box can be found in the “view cart” screen when checking out. Please enter Promo code in all capital letters without spaces. You must click “submit” so your purchase total will reflect the Promo Code.

+ WHERE DO I ENTER MY GIFT CARD CODE?

Your gift card will need to be entered exactly as it appear when given to you in the “Gift Card Code” text box. This text box can be found in the “view cart” screen when checking out. Please enter your Gift Card Code in all capital letters, and without spaces. You must click “Submit” for the code to be applied to your purchase total.
