Orders will ship within 1 business day from the time they are placed. All orders ship from our warehouse in Zebulon, North Carolina.

is a time gap between when we send you tracking information and when the carrier populates the tracking information online.
The information will not be available online until it has been scanned into its first destination by the carrier.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We pride ourselves on our product guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
send it back. We are happy to accept returns (we do not accept returns of sale-items) for a refund or exchange.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please visit our website to request a return/exchange. You will need your order#.
We will process your return or exchange request within 2 business days. Once your refund/exchange is
approved, we will email you a free FedEx shipping label.
Pack all the returned items along with a print out of your confirmation of return or exchange email.
You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
Go to a FedEx location to ship the package.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of our receiving the return package in the mail
